Both the Oratorical and CCDHH Contest topic is "Why My Voice is Important"
The Optimist International Oratorical Contest is for Students under the age of 19 (for the entire school year of 2013), who have not yet graduated from high school or the equivalent, and who are educated in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean.
