Welcome! Welcome to the California City Optimist Club website. We have been serving this community since 2001 and a re involved in bringing out the best in our kids in this community. Through numerous annual events and programs, we conduct positive service projects aimed at providing assistance to youth. Club members are well known in the community for their upbeat attitudes. By believing in young people and empowering them to be the best they can be, Optimist volunteers continually make this world a better place to live. The California City Optimist Club is a part of Optimist International. 114,000 members belong to 3,500 autonomous clubs. Optimists conduct 65,000 service projects worldwide each year, serving 6,000,000 young people. A total of $78,000,000 is spent in Optimist communities each year. We hope you will investigate and become a part of this important service.
